I have 20+years of experience in mental health therapy with specializations in depression and anxiety. I address most mental health issues such as self esteem, problem solving, serious mental illness, women's issues, grief ,addiction and aging. Anyone having any of these issues will be well served I feel. I am a great listener who is supportive, positive, and friendly. My approach to therapy is my life's work.
