Therapy is so much more than a diagnosis. I combine therapy and coaching to give my clients a full experience of growth. With my existential-humanistic approach I help my clients look beyond their immediate situation and look at how they may have gotten to this issue and where do they want to go from here. Whether my clients are going through a health diagnosis, trauma, grief, depression, or anxiety, I help encourage them to find the strength to keep fighting because perseverance is an amazing feeling. Before I became a therapist, I was a full-time artist. Having an art background as a therapist has been helpful especially with my creative clients that may be struggling with creative block. I understand how complicated the creative mind can be and help my clients see this as well.
