I am honored to work with you through dynamic trauma in your life to see the other side using intensive EMDR. Invest in 3 to 5 full days with me and get your life back, looking at your progress and saying "wow! I did that". Let's get started today! Half-day, 90-minute, or hourly sessions are available as well. We will process memories using EMDR, unlocking your brain's ability to process trauma and move forward with meaning and purpose. We will use coaching to facilitate change in the ways you know you want to grow. I offer full-day intensives where you can experience huge changes in a short amount of time. I also offer weekly sessions for counseling and coaching.
