Life can be really tough sometimes, and we if haven't gone through storms as they happened, we may be experiencing them now. If you are experiencing racing thoughts, difficulty concentrating, worries about the future, guilt or shame about the past, nightmares, reliving of traumas, panic attacks you have come to the right place. Over the years, I have learned many things from being a counselor. I will always meet you where you are at; I will offer suggestions for techniques and most importantly, I will attend to our sessions with a non-judgemental person-centered approach.
