My name is January Hartze, and my team and I are trained in several treatment modalities which allows us to blend elements from different theories and interventions to customize our approach based on your needs and goals. We use EMDR Therapy, DBT, and CBT among many other therapy modalities to address issues and difficulties that prevent a person from reaching their potential.
