Accepting new clients. Life can be so challenging at times. The feeling of hopelessness is overwhelming and can feel suffocating. Not wanting to get out of bed or leave your house can make it feel like you are losing control of your life. Trauma can debilitate both your personal and professional life, but that doesn’t have to be your life story. We can work together to desensitize these experiences with EMDR and Brainspotting, so you are able to get control of your life and gain hope that your past story isn't your forever one! There is hope for a different future. I am very passionate about helping individuals heal from the negative experiences that they have had in their life. They can cause you to feel alone, trapped, unsafe, or not worthy. Together, we can work through the struggles that you are experiencing, so you can enjoy your life again and have the strength to continue your journey
