We are a compassionate group of therapists who work with Children, Teens and Adults with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem issues, suicidal ideations, crisis, relationship problems, anger, LGBTQ+ and gender identity, Autism, self-harming, addiction, life transitions, communication, social skills, grief & loss, eating disorders, boundaries, codependency, parenting, eating disorders, conflict resolution, school issues, ADHD, stress, work challenges, and financial issues. We provide supportive counseling, talk-therapy, CBT, DBT, Crisis Intervention, EMDR for trauma, ERP for OCD, Eating Disorder treatment, Addiction counseling, Expressive Arts and Sand Tray therapy. Also, we use IFS, ACT, and Somatic Therapy.
