I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing for over 10 years. I work closely with my clients, identifying their core needs and providing coping skills that improve maladaptive behaviors and promote living a healthier life. I see therapy as a technique that helps manifest the strengths that one already has within, with the experience being very helpful and healing over people's expectations. I believe that utilizing an Eclectic Approach and meeting the client where they are is a catalyst for change. I view therapy as a journey for oneself. Identifying, processing, and evaluating the story within promotes a journey to living your most authentic lifestyle.
