As a group, we have served in Sacramento since 2007, offering various counseling services, groups, classes, and workshops. We practice from an ecosystemic perspective, an interconnected whole. As individuals living in the wider world we must interact with each other, attending to the health of our inner life and the health of our personal and public relationships. We must learn how to balance inner and outer peace with inner and outer freedom. As an ecosystem we function as a unit of very dynamic and complex symbiotic relationships. Our health depends on ensuring balance within ourselves and balance in our communities.
