In these challenging times, many folks in the community are seeking safe spaces to heal and build meaningful relationships. At Healing Rhythms Mental Health, we are a diverse group of licensed clinical psychologists, psychology assistants and psychology doctoral students who embrace community and interconnectedness. The essence of our work is rooted in compassion, empathy and respect for multicultural identities and a wide range of therapy approaches which include holistic/traditional, psychodynamic, relational, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and existential therapies.
