Life is demanding. Sometimes it helps to have a place where you can slow down and think, feel, and talk at your own pace. If you’re feeling stuck or dealing with stress, therapy can help. We can explore whatever feels meaningful to you. I provide therapy for teens and adults. My specialties include autism, grief & loss, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I run an evidence-based social skills program for adolescents and young adults (PEERSDenver.com). I have been been a PEERS-certified provider since 2019 the Program Director for PEERS Denver since 2020.
