About
I am a faith based therapist, who has been helping people for over 20 years as a Social Worker and Counselor; prior to that I served as a Youth Pastor. While working with general mental health issues, I have specialized in working with recovery related to child abuse issues, in adults and children. Our past experiences do not have to dictate our futures, recovery is more then possible, its available to anyone who seeks it out. I work with multiple therapy modalities to include alternative therapies as well. Sound, Reiki, Art, EFT, and level 1 EMDR are helpful tools for anyone looking to heal from any past trauma.
