Welcome, at Healthy Body Healthy Mind we serve students ages 5-20 and we provide short term individual counseling, character development, encourage self awareness and mental and physical fitness. Our team is here to support students and their families reach their goals and achieve mental and physical wellness. At our center we have been fortunate to work with students dealing with challenges and stressors that school and life can bring. We strive to provide an environment that is safe to explore mental health concerns like ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger and/or thoughts and emotions that might be holding our student back. We also are here to help students with their fitness goals and educate them on how physical activity helps the mind and brain. View 4 Photos At Healthy Body Healthy Mind our team focuses on person centered, strength based and family oriented model. We specialize in teaching how physical activity improves youth mental health and brain function. The clinicians specialize in Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Coaching and follow our pledge of teaching kindness for self and others. At Healthy Body Healthy we have a gym where we are able to provide our students individual or group fitness. The coaches focus on each student's individual plan and goals and come with a lot of love.
