My desire is to provide a nonjudgmental environment that allows the client to express themselves freely and openly. My devotion and experience as a counselor is being there at critical moments in a client's life to help guide them along the difficult growth process. I strive for my clients to feel more focused, emotionally regulated, and confident. My approach emphasizes cognitive-behavioral, DBT, and ACT modalities focusing on improving coping skills, habits to manage stress and depression.
