At Heart Bonds Counseling, we have several specialized counselors to help with a variety of needs and concerns. We specialize in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adult ADHD, spirituality, relationships, couple problems, adoption and foster care, elder adults, family conflict/ changes, stress, anger management, negative thought patterns, parenting, recovery, women's issues, trauma, and more. We offer EMDR, Art Therapy, CBT, and other specialized approaches.
