Understanding the systemic nature in which behavior affects our lives has always been an area of interest. Historically there have been and will always be data detailing behavior and how it shows up in breakdown. However, it is my goal to facilitate and guide clients to a lasting level of healing they can use for many seasons to come. With a profound commitment to aiding individuals and couples navigating the complexities of mental health, I specialize in addressing a spectrum of challenges, particularly focusing on familial and couples dynamics. It is my belief that with compassion and assistance we can gain access to tools that will not only change the direction of our lives, but will encourage us to show that same compassion when dealing with each others in this human experience.
