Welcome. I work particularly well with women who have experienced complex trauma and often find themselves in the role of caretaker—tending to everyone else’s needs while neglecting their own. Many of my clients are deeply compassionate, highly capable, and appear strong on the outside, yet silently carry emotional pain, anxiety, or burnout. Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. My approach is warm and collaborative. I help you reconnect with yourself, set boundaries without guilt, and begin healing in a way that honors your resilience and your need for rest and restoration. You deserve support too!
