My approach blends somatic therapy with holistic, integrative wellness practices. We work with your whole system, including emotions and physical sensations that carry the stories you've held alone. I work with adults who experience grief & loss, relationship struggles, or deeper wounds that stretch back generations. I also incorporate wellness therapies, including Near Infrared (NIR) Red Light and Vibroacoustic Therapy. These therapies support and help your body settle into a more regulated, balanced state.
