My name is Âme (AH-may) . I am a Relationship Coach (former LMFT in NY, 17 years) in Long Beach, CA, working in my home office and online. Since 2001, my clients - couples and individuals - seek relief from chronic patterns of conflict, negativity and loneliness in their relationships. My work offers focused, supportive guidance identifying problems, bringing healing to wounds obstructing connection, and building relational and communication skills. When we show up for effective help, willing to be open, then suffering and struggle decrease, and safety and closeness unfold in relationship with self, others and life.
