I work with individuals and couples who are at a point where familiar ways of relating, coping, or carrying have become unsustainable, and something more truthful is asking to emerge. Many of the people who find their way to me are thoughtful, capable, and emotionally aware, yet feel inwardly exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. Often they carry early relational wounds, unspoken grief, or long histories of over-functioning and self-reliance. While they may appear “fine” on the outside, something essential inside is asking for attention, repair, and integration.
