I help them gain understanding of the underlying factors that drive their present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Bring about healing and transformation of the underlying beliefs, fears, and dysfunctional behavior patterns is the goal. Just understanding and talking about it is not enough. By using advanced training in working with with trauma and relational difficulty I collaborate with clients to help create lasting change.
