Welcome to a space of healing, it is so nice to meet you! My name is Heather Wilson, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with intensive training in ARC-Grow, EMDR, and Trauma. My goal with clients is to empower them to become their authentic selves. Through life experiences, we oftentimes struggle with identifying who we are and how to align with our values. My therapeutic framework allows me to identify the root issues to client presenting problems and to provide tangible steps to healing. My background involves working adults, children, grief, loss, substance use, and trauma.
