My ideal clients are children, adolescents, and young adults—as well as parents who want to better understand and support their child’s areas of need. I work with clients experiencing challenges related to mental health, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavior, social skills, and learning challenges. My goal is to help individuals and families gain insight and build practical strategies that foster growth, confidence, and resilience. Using research-based practices, I partner with clients to improve their overall well-being and create positive, lasting change in their daily lives.
