I believe in the restorative power of hope. Over the course of my career I have been able to support clients to internalize the belief that they can make change in their lives. From focusing on the elimination of inner negative chatter to processing an acute trauma, our work reveals and removes the barriers in the way of life satisfaction. Through partnership, trust and the sharing of knowledge, real movement can occur. There is hope. Licensed as both a mental health and addictions specialist counselor, I work with individuals and couples. I practice remotely in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Colorado and Florida.
