Hello there, I'm Heather, it's so nice to connect! I've been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2012 and love the work that I do! I offer remote sessions to people in California, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington. Originally from California myself, I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of CA at Santa Barbara, and my Master's Degree from San Francisco State University. I especially love helping adults live with more intention, awareness and self-compassion. I can't wait to meet you! My greatest strength as a provider is seeing the beauty in all humans. You will often hear me saying, "It's so hard to be human," because it truly is an act of courage to walk this earth I love working with adults who are curious about the world and life in general.
