Clients come through my door seeking comfort, hope, clarity, relief from anxiety or stress, ways to cope with feeling overwhelmed and manage emotions from a situation they cannot control. Utilizing integrative therapy tailored to meet your specific needs, my goal is to help you explore, process, and assign new meaning to your life experiences. We will work together to identify tools, resources, and coping techniques to help you break free from what hurts you most so you can experience lasting peace, renewed purpose, strength and resiliency.
