I'm always curious what's bringing you here now, of all times, to start therapy. What got your attention? Sometimes there's a recent crisis, be it personal or collective. Maybe it's just that deep down you know, or at least you hope, life could feel better than this. You want more meaning in your days, more choice in how you spend your time, and space to breathe.
