Each client is unique and will have unique needs. I provide individualized therapy to help clients challenge negative beliefs and perceptions and be able to recognize, accept, process, and work through issues as well as learn coping skills to manage reactions and emotions. While we can’t change or forget difficult situations of the past, we can work together to get to the root cause of issues and will talk, collaborate, and brainstorm to help you be empowered, gain back control, and move forward in a healthy, positive manner. Therapy will be always be full of support, caring, and be completely safe and non-judgmental.
