I specialize in working with children and adults using CBT and art-based practices. Many of my clients are working toward understanding their behaviors and developing the needed coping skills to navigate difficult emotional responses and experiences. I support children and adults in various life stages with unique experiences who need a compassionate and creative space to better understand their behaviors. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing self-harm and suicidal thoughts. Through a deeper understanding of one's self we can identify where changes and nurturing can begin. I provide clients with the option to utilize various art forms, such as watercolor, acrylic painting, using clay, creating collages, journaling, and hand-built ceramics.
