I believe that therapy is driven by YOU (you deserve time for yourself). There is a lot going on in our country and I am here to help process the little things and the big things. I use a variety of therapy methods to help personalize your experience. I value providing a safe, judgement free space to process whatever is on your mind. A little about me, I love dogs and mine might pop in during a telehealth session. My availability is mostly evenings for appointments. I work with adults (18+ years old).
