My job as a therapist is to provide you with a nurturing place where you can share your truth without fear of judgment. It is also my job to help you tap into your innate resiliency and strengths. I will encourage you, challenge you, and guide you as you rediscover your strength and begin to experience healing! Only when the soul is unmasked can the real work begin. I use a variety of techniques to meet therapeutic goals and tailor my approach to your specific needs. I work with all age groups-adults, teens, and children- and have over 12 years experience working with the various issues that each stage of life can bring!
