Courage! The first step in seeking counseling is having the courage to ask for help. Hi, my name is Heather, and welcome! I specialize in supporting individuals with a current or past history of trauma or abuse, significant depression and/or anxiety, complex relational bonds, challenging life transitions, or feeling that stress has hijacked their peace. As an integrative and experiential counselor, I offer traditional talk therapy plus utilize techniques focused on healing through various modalities and experiences while based in a traditional counseling setting and beyond.
