If you’ve been feeling anxious, stuck, or weighed down by past experiences, you don’t have to go through it alone. I help people find relief from stress, heal from trauma, and reconnect with the parts of themselves they thought they’d lost. Each client gets an individualized plan that meets their goals. I work with adults, adolescents, children, first responders, veterans, nurses, and anyone ready to make lasting changes. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, PTSD, relationship challenges, or just trying to feel more like yourself, I’ll meet you where you are and walk with you toward where you want to be. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen, heard, & supported. We might talk, get creative, or even work with horses to help you process emotions & build new ways of coping. I am Certified as a Trauma therapist & Certified in Jungian Sandplay, EMDR, Heart Math, Emotion Code & advanced trained in Equine therapy, Somatic & IFS approaches.
