I offer a collaborative and supportive space for you to be able to feel empowered to create positive change in your own life. I offer compassionate counseling services for individuals, adolescents, couples, and families to help change patterns, enhance relationships, and find solutions to live happier lives. I have experience working with clients impacted by anxiety, stress, depression, relationship communication issues, and life changes. I take a variety of approaches including: CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), Mindfulness, Brainspotting, family, and couples therapy. I offer over 17 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
