Each person who enters therapy brings a unique story, set of needs, and ways of relating that deserve care, curiosity, and respect. My work supports individuals navigating attachment wounds, relational trauma, and anxiety or depression that often grow from these experiences. I draw from a blend of therapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, to help clients build a compassionate relationship with themselves. As this inner connection grows, many find it naturally opens the door to deeper, more fulfilling connections with others. In individual therapy, I offer a safe & supportive space where you can be heard with care and without judgment. Together, we will explore your experiences, identify patterns & triggers, & work toward insight, healing, & meaningful change.
