My mission in therapy is to create a space where you will feel safe enough to just be yourself. I understand how difficult it is to seek counseling, to open up and share your experiences and struggles with another person, and how important it is to feel comfortable with the person you see. Developing trust and a sense of comfort and safety is a process. I strive to meet and respect your individual needs and to provide a compassionate and open space where you feel accepted and supported. I have over 25 years of experience and very much enjoy the work I do.
