I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. Through this process, I help clients build self-awareness and reflect on patterns and behaviors that may be holding them back. Together, we work on developing practical coping and problem-solving skills to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen healthy and meaningful relationships, and cultivate self-compassion and self-acceptance.
