My practice focuses on perinatal mental health and the tender terrain of pregnancy, postpartum, and loss. I work with mothers, fathers, and families navigating postpartum depression and anxiety, perinatal loss, and the layered grief that often accompanies becoming a parent or losing a child. I believe that even in the messiness of heartbreak, there is space for care that is steady, respectful, and human. Together, we make room for what has been lost while supporting you in integrating your experience that can hold both love and grief at the same time.
