The clients Heather works with are often individuals and families navigating life with neurodivergence, autism, addiction, or trauma. Many have spent years feeling misunderstood, mislabeled, or pressured to function in ways that don’t fit how their mind or nervous system works. They may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or discouraged after trying approaches that never truly accounted for who they are. What they want is support that recognizes their differences without pathologizing them and guidance that feels respectful, informed, and practical. Autism, neurodivergence, trauma, and addiction can create real barriers in daily life, especially in systems not designed to accommodate different ways of thinking, processing, or coping. Without the right support, clients may feel stuck, misunderstood, or trapped in cycles that don’t reflect their strengths or needs.
