Welcome! I’m Heather. I know it can feel hard to get started with a therapist, even if you have been in counseling before-I hope to ease any nerves you may have as you take these next steps. As your therapist- I desire to help you process life, past and present, in a safe and non-judgemental space. It is an honor to sit in the hard times of life with you, but even more-so to guide you through the hard work to get where you want to be! I strive to help all of my clients live their life to the fullest. I am an EMDR Trained Therapist. I specialize in working with individuals impacted by trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, and anxiety and depression. I have extensive experience working with individuals impacted by adoption/foster care. I utilize multiple modalities to tailor my approach to each individual based on your goals for therapy.
