Still, medical conditions, relationship changes, and new life circumstances are just a few of the many stressors leaving seniors and caregivers feeling overwhelmed. I have counseled seniors living with dementia, as well as depression and anxiety. I have coached caregivers who find themselves balancing work responsibilities with care needs of children and aging parents.
