Hello, my name is Heather! I have worked with LGBTQ+ communities for at least the past 15 years in a variety of settings, including youth groups, therapy, and advocacy. I am also a member of the community and am passionate about providing affirming spaces for us to be our authentic selves. I approach therapy sessions with you positioned as the expert in your own life and view my role as a thought partner and someone to ask the questions you need. My therapeutic approach is an integrative approach, I draw from my training in a variety of approaches including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing
