I am at Kindred Heart Therapy group to provide tele-health therapy to those who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I like to provide a space for my clients that allows them to be honest and real with their thoughts and emotions. My goal is for you to reach your mental health goals. Sessions are tailored to your needs and wants for your mental health. My main priority is to create a warm and safe space in therapy by being collaborative and genuine with clients. I want to help clients live a more authentic lifestyle through a client-centered focus and compassion-focused approach.
