Hello, my name is Heather Dalmases, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am passionate about helping and partnering with individuals to become the best version of themselves that is true and authentic. I have been working in the field of social work for more than 20 years. I completed my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology at Saint Joseph’s College and my master’s degree in social work at Adelphi University. My approach is eclectic and versatile and will adjust with your needs to include various theoretical approaches.
