As an eating disorder survivor, I understand that change is scary! Together we will work to recognize and explore unhelpful patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that may keep you stuck. I work with clients ages 16+, to help move you beyond pain and fear into a space that allows you to align with your true values, and tap into your strengths.
