My passion as a mental health counselor is to help people get in touch with their values so that they can live true to these through thought, behaviors, feelings, and communication. I believe in helping clients to develop healthy coping skills that allow them to heal and grow both in our session and throughout their daily lives. My focus is to build a strong therapeutic alliance that will help us work together towards your goals. View 4 Photos In my work with clients I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities to assist them in challenging and reframing thoughts that interfere with daily life. I work closely with clients in learning and implementing healthy coping and emotion regulation skills that they find helpful and ways to integrate them into life.
