Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I offer in-person and online therapy in Colorado. I work with individual adults and adolescents, including clients who are seeking coping skills for anxiety and depression, support with major life transitions, and those who are struggling relationally or professionally. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space and encourage my clients to share their stories and process difficult emotions at their own pace. I view our time together as a collaborative process where we are able to identify patterns, build upon strengths, and develop tools to promote growth and healing. By combining evidence-based techniques with a relaxed, approachable style, I aim to help you set boundaries, prioritize self-care, and make the positive changes you’re seeking.
