I work with clients via Video Telehealth in Colorado and Iowa. As your therapist, my goal would be to meet you where you’re at; free of judgement and help you pursue healing and wholeness. My approach would be to help you learn ways to deal with present circumstances, gain insight from your past, as well as hope for the future. I like to assess you as person holistically and work with you to balance all areas of your life if you desire; spiritually, relationally, physically, nutritionally, mentally and emotionally.
