My work is largely focused on working with mid to late life adults who have experienced trauma and adverse childhood experiences. Traumatic events and early childhood attachment wounds impact our lives psychologically, emotionally, and physically and often lead to chronic anxiety, depression, dissociation, substance use, and other life challenges. I am also keenly aware of the personal impact of systemic oppression and work to support people who are in marginalized groups while also continuing my own education.
