I am trained in depth psychology and my specialties are trauma-informed care, emotional dysregulation, attachment wounds, depression and stress and anxiety as it relates to trauma. I offer skills to handle distress, grief, change and discomfort in your own body and life. I will work with you to set boundaries, realize the difference between hurting someone's feelings and a person having feelings about the boundaries you set.
